Unhappy The Frog...???

So I gather there won't be any further meets at the Frog & Wicket? Or the other one that was used earlier in the year very near there?

No point holding a meet Bill , where we are no longer wanted ,as explained earlier in the year as to the reasons why were no longer going, staff rudeness & service.
There was a meet last Saturday 1 mile from the frog and another on the 27th at the star leatherhead . Also be one in august.
You've not been along for a good while now either , did you miss the threads or where the dates awkward for you ,send me your number as you don't accept pms and i can advise you when there coming up

Thanks.

Yes, I've seen that meet advertised but for me it means twice the distance to travel, not that I mind traveling, it's the cost, plain and simple.

That's why The Frog was perfect for me.....

Ciao.

In my opinion, that's too near the Frog / Star area. We have an ever increasing number of members in the South of Hants, but no regular meets this way.

I would take it on and set up a regular monthly / bi-monthly meet down Southampton / Portsmouth / Winchester / New Forest way, but my work precludes me from committing to this I'm afraid, I'd have to keep letting folk down by not attending my own meets

If anyone in this neck of the woods has more free time and fewer work commitments, could they not take this on, THE SOUTH NEEDS YOU!

Just scanning down the members list I know the following live in the catchment area:

Reebs
Mangoman
CMWI
Rgtly
Borobrindo
Chipsceola
Sean Flood
Hinged_bap
Jim Lee
Jon Gane
Kolloski
Longshipman
Macaffee2
Teatotty
Yossarian
Moonshine Mark
Fathead431
Galleon
Salmon
Cb750chris
Grahamcfc
Tinpin
Pompey_ant
Nigel2002

And there are many more, thats even before we embrace the charms of Sir Wndrush and all of our North Hants friends

Anyone up for sorting a regular venue and getting this up and running?

Default The Frog...???

Dependant on my schedule, and genuine interest with attendees, I may also start another meet, just south of Guildford prob near Petersfield for the 4th Sun of month, at a slightly later date for the southern members. Keep an eye out on the main forum page. This ok Reebs?
