it's deffo a reducing 90 degree elbow and sounds about right but i'd measure TB to be sure as I can't put my hands on my order details to check.

I can measure the distance from TB to outer apex of bend if that helps ?
Might be able to use a 45 degree instead, but I think it will be tight to keep it straight run like mine whilst retaining battery there.
Everything is doable though, I just always knew I wanted to relocate the battery as I do enjoy having working space especially if I go for throttle bodies later on.
I was toying with a chargecooler but currently the inlet air temps are low that I don't need to worry (for now at least, lol).

IC5004 is 2.25" outlets.
Think there's something off with the descriptions tbh.......

IC5003 :
Bar and Plate Intercooler Corn size: 550mm x 140mm x 65mm, Overall length: 690mm
2.5" (64mm) or 2.25" (57mm)Inlet and Outlet
Maximum Pressure: 45psi
Max Horsepower Capacity : 350hp
Maximum Cooling Capacity While Allowing For Minimal Pressure Drops

IC5004:

Bar and Plate Intercooler Corn size: 550mm x 175mm x 64mm, Overall length: 690mm
2.25" (57mm) Inlet and Outlet
Maximum Pressure: 45psi
Max Horsepower Capacity : 450hp

03 is only marginally smaller but with bigger outlets yet they claim it's 350 capable and the 04 is 450.

Compare the dimensions to the link I put up as you have zero mm to spare at all. Anything bigger and won't fit without some major surgery to the fan cowling etc....
Deal from the states is worthwhile tbh, look at all the joiners and pipes you get for extra £80. You couldn't get near that buying from ASH and they were quick to ship and didn't get hit with any import duties.
Bonus is, you know it will fit

Cheers G.

The 5004 is available with 2.25 or 2.5, just have to pick from the drop down.

They look well.

I've sourced an OEM intercooler (2nd hand) thus putting my IC plans on hold for the forseeable
