Gear crankshaft 2.0V6 and the label on it is not the same as a half-turn that is labeled oil pump when securing the flywheel pin. Here is a photo of my gears 2.0V6 and photo key which is not suitable for the rear exhaust camshaft gear. https://youtu.be/H7peB-cw56M Regards Denis |

When I lock the flywheel pin through the hole in the transmission, the groove at the back gear does not coincide with the key small key ring for holding.

Have you tried rotating the crankshaft pulley a full turn (360°), refitting the flywheel locking pin and then see if the rear camshaft locking tool will fit? For a single rotation of the camshafts, the crankshaft rotates twice, the cams could just be 180° out?
The link below explains this better than I can: https://youtu.be/2fFx8SPiTSc

If I remember correctly , you have to turn the exhaust camshaft a little as you fit the two sprocket gears, with the tool already fitted , to get them to line up
You turn it using the spigot on the locking tool at the front end of the shaft . Are you doing this ?

I'm just trying to understand. The belts are dressed in all the gear of the engine and all bolts tightened. The flywheel is fixed and the marks on the gears are not the same. Because of this, the key is not inserted. The flywheel 2.0V6 and the 2.5V6(190) have the hole to lock in the same place or not? Regards Denis |
