Loved the museum, loved the meet, and really loved the prize giving!

Big thanks to all those involved in organising the day, and a very special thank you to all who voted for my car. It really does mean a lot, and I drove all the way home with a big smile on my face. I should also say thankyou to Reebs who took time out of his busy schedule to work some magic and give me a digital speedo - lovely!

I managed to take loads of pics, and Jimbo may remember me mentioning to him that I liked swapping out camera lenses as it made me feel like a pro. Only thing is, a pro wouldn't put a lens on, leave it in manual focus mode, then snap away like a loon expecting it to focus by itself. What a numpty!! Anyhow, here are the pics that weren't completely out of focus.

Cliff

EDIT: Dunno what's happened to the pics, but they seem to have disappeared for some reason. Off out now, but will investigate later this afternoon. All fixed now.

Assuming you got home safe and sound then Phil. (Without light on)?

A great meet, thanks to all involved in arranging it. All three of us had a great time.

Nice to put more faces to names

Really pleased with how the car is performing too, first long drive since repairing it and fitting cruise. Really enjoying cruise, still some minor tweaks required.

Amy news on announcing the next national?

Had a good day at my first National and first meet, nice to put some faces to names and enjoyed chatting to some of you.
Special thanks go to the organisers for their efforts, and to Reebs for telling me my power VIS is duff.
Add it to the "to do" list and contact stocktake.

Thanks again......Tony.

Thanks go to everyone who made it happen.
I was slightly embarrassed winning 4 prizes in the raffle.
I should have just stayed by the gazebo

Thanks again Thomas
Good to meet you, if only so briefly (as it was with others, too much to do)

No need to be embarrassed , well done. BTW one of your prizes has now been "cashed-in" as promised

Excellent day out , good weather and right next door!! ..

Well done Everyone! .

really nice to Chat and put faces to names .

The only gripe for me was dear ole Haynes wanting 19 quid for Pannini and a coffee X 2

@ 5.20pm twas just me the 260 and Phil T4 left onsite , with Phil upside down under the dash , trying to make the 260 grow another key.

But all sorted in the end.

Chris
