Pony Express - A set of wheels from Cardiff to closer to Norfolk

Hi all,

There's a set of wheels I'm looking to buy which are all the way in Cardiff. Is anyone travelling from that way in my direction closer to Norfolk anytime soon who'd be able to collect them and bring them closer to me?

Or alternatively from Cardiff to Milton Keynes or Essex?
