Default Old Faithful's gone

Well after much deliberation I decided to part with my beloved Volvo 240 so I put her on ebay last Monday & had a pocket full of cash by Wednesday.

Well you've got to agree she was a tidy old thing, just the radio would only play ABBA

Well I'm running my 940 estate at the minute but I've had a hankering for a 75 for a while now & I nearly bought a mint low mileage 54 plate Connoisseur SE a couple of years ago but I think it's going to have to be an older cheapy to start with but how do you find one without a cream steering wheel?

Oh & here's my P6 by the way

I think that's why I like the 75 so much

Hi there,

Lovely P6:lol:

With you having the P6 and being so close to the border I just wondered whether you will be attending the Scottish All Rover Rally next month?

A few of the Scottish members on here are arranging a small meet within the Rally for the static display on the Sunday. If you will be there let us know and we can catch up?

Details on the SARR website (see my sig) or in the Events & Meets section although I expect you already know all about it?

Let us know if you will be there?

Derek

Hi Colin.

Well I can understand that! Not exactly ready for the road at the moment?

I believe the Wolseley Register are special guests this year so you could always bring your 18/85? That is if it is in a better position than your P6?

Hey, you might have found a nice 75 by then anyway? If you do make it be sure and pop over and introduce yourselves. We are hoping to have at least a dozen cars there from the club.

Regards,

Derek
