Morning. Cold here. I’m like a washed out cloth today. Dunno what happened last night, getting ready for bed I got crippling stomach pains, ended up in the loo for about an hour. Pain was so bad I felt myself greying out more than once. Absolutely knackered this morning, can’t face food.

Good morning Steve, I am sorry to see you are going through this. What happened? Fat intolerance? Food poisoning?

We arrived safely in Nairobi yesterday and discovered the internet was not working so the internet guys arrived and repaired the problem, a cable had been cut by neighbours doing building works and needed replacement. Kenya is 3 hours ahead of GMT which takes a few days to get used to, but the temperature is 26C today so I must not complain.

Morning Phil and all. Still not 100% this morning. There’s nothing I could point a finger at and say that caused it. Didn’t eat anything out of the ordinary. Occasionally I think all the meds gang up on me but never as bad.
