The MOT history would put me off that car, has had quite a lot of bad failures and many advisories most years. It's had an advisory on corroded rear sub frame every year since 2014 so that may need work or replacement some time soon.

Something has been repainted, Pretty certain the front and rear bumper bottoms should be black on this age and the sills certainly shouldn't be black and blue??

Hmm, Didn't the switch to Longbridge occur late September?

My guess, is that it is a late Cowley car.
These cars were finished with body coloured sills and bumpers, at Cowley, from VIN M175542 (James Taylor research) to the last one off the line, VIN M181590 - built 05/07/2000. After the sale to Phoenix (MGR), they were produced to the Longbridge spec. MY01 prior to the production transfer to that plant. I have such a car, finished in Copperleaf, built on the 30th June 2000. Regarding the black and blue sills, I reckon that it has probably had some sill welding done.

Three seller ratings, all unhappy. Not great for a trader! I'd avoid.
