Default Air bag light fix

Ever since iv put different seats in the car the air bag light is on,I presume it's one of the front seat sensors but how do I rectify the problem so it goes out,Mot due in a month so need it sorted asap.

On mine it was the connector, looked alright but fixed with liberal application of contact cleaner/lubricant

I found the problem on mine was the pre tensioner connector so cut it off and soldered instead.

Cutting the connectors off and soldering isn't necessary and makes life difficult if for any reason you have to remove the seats.

Usually all that's needed is to unplug and plug them in s few times, did that today on a customer's car and the airbag light went out

Makes sure also that the connectors are secured properly to the seat frame so they don't get caught by passengers feet or drag on the carpet which also causes problems.
