Default Front door lock actuator..

...am I correct in thinking that the door lock actuator used in our cars is the same as those used in the Freelander 1?

I'm looking for a Driver's side front unit at sensible cost. PM me if anyone has one, otherwise I will continue the hunt.

many thanks

Tim

Not sure about the Freelander but I know the front door catches from the Mini One are the same

Freelander ALR9782, and Rover ALR9782A.

If you have a left hand drive car then the driver's door latch assembly is listed as ALR9783A and the passenger's ALR9784A
