Default Subframe question

Hi all,

I'm a newb here - just got my MG ZT-T and closer inspection has revealed that the front subframe is heavily rusted - dunno how it managed to pass it's recent MoT...
So.. question - I have access to a 75 Tourer subframe - are they the same? can I swap them? Also, if so what should I replace at the same time?

Smokey

Default

The subframes on both are the same and will fit but the subframe bushes are different
