There are actually 3 service intervals oil, inspection and time

The Time service is indicated by a small clock symbol that comes on in the lower display when the ignition is first switched on.

The limit is 1316 days.

Or even this one
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mini-Rove...Agcd:rk:2:pf:0
I have one of these and it works every time, there are instructions on youtube on how to use it and no risk to the car electrics.

When I ordered mine it arrived in about two weeks.

Also remember that the servicing countdown is based on a nominal milegage of 15K per annum or higher. If you drive well below that, the display is of no practical use and you should service annually whatever it says. In theory, that means following the MGR service schedule as set out here:

I think this was the one I bought and have used OK. Less than £7!

Hi Russ. I have always taken the clock sign to indicate that the brake fluid needs changing. As it only comes on every two years.

That's correct. The Clock indicates a fuid change is due 'soon', logically at the next service. It allows up to 180 days grace. In effect, if the next formal service is within 180 days the Clock will pop on. It will stay on until the next service, after which the appropriate resetting routine will turn it off.
