Smile Door unlocking sequence

Can anyone help? I would like to open all doors with one press of my key fob at the moment I need to press numerous times but still have to manually reach inside for the rear offside door any ideas would be very grateful cheers in advance

My ZTT was 2388th ZT-T off production line out of 8249
My ZTT was 91st ZT-T CDTI to be made out of 522
My ZTT was 93rd ZT-T in Starlight Silver out of 1134
It came off the assembly line on Thursday 12th September 2002 @ 12:01.50 pm

Sounds like you may have single point entry enabled if the first press of the remote just opens the drivers door.

This can be changed on T4 so that all the doors open with a single press of the unlock button.

If it's taking multiple presses (more than 2) of the remote then the door catch assemblies on those doors will need replacing

T4 is the MGR computer system that speaks to our cars for diagnostics, turning options on and off etc. The link in my signature shows the location of all the T4 machines I've been made aware of.

Sounds like the solenoid. Cheap enough to buy, but can be a bit of a pig to fit due to lack of space.

Even worse when you forget which way round the metal rod fits into the plastic bit you can't see!,

Hope yours is still OK after the nano

I got Trikey to do mine ... I can't help but think it might have taken me a little longer to do myself

Oddly both my front doors unlock on the first push of the fob and the backs on the 2nd push

Thanks for all the replies I think I might need a new solenoid on rear offside as first click opens drivers then two opens front passenger and rear nearside but I have to lean in to open rear offside was ok now plays up
