Having had std reflectors , a candle would give more light
I fitted projectors with Philips extreme bulbs, a lot better now. |

I replaced my aftermarket HIDs with a set of Bi-xenons with DRLs from Rick-Sta. A dramatic improvement and NO blinded drivers.

I've tried all 3 standard mk1 headlamp types and the normal projectors with decent bulbs are by far the best.
The Xenon projectors with the standard HIDs are the worst of them all, the light output, or should I say lack of it, makes driving at night on twisty roads a nightmare. Russ

I’ve got both my 75’s with standard projectors and can’t fault them for beam.
With my project car now my daily runner I’ve added the Angel Eyes DRLs supplied from Ricksta. I’m delighted with the new look it’s given to the car. |
