Anyone seen my penguin? I'm waiting for my breakfast at the moment and the guys are friendly enough. The cafe I went to yesterday wasn't as friendly so I have tried this one!

Anyhoo, where's my penguin?

In all seriousness; I reckon it's a lot to do with how some customers speak to shop assistants. I've stuck up for a couple before... I never put up with it when I was in a shop. I still don't now. People are rude!

Still haven't found my penguin yet...
