Default What do they teach these people.

So i go into Greggs for my morning cuppa .
Girl behind counter hands me the papercup and label and attached string is always on the outside so i can dunk the bag but it aint there so i tell her i like the bag left in the cup as i like strong tea and i am of course assuming she took the bag out.
So she says its in it and i say how am i supposed to get it out.

"well i didnae dae it oan purpose" she said .

Some customer care training needed there methinks ..

So off i pop to that well known chain Premier for my morning paper .

I hand the yoot my money and say thanks .

He says " nae bother ma man" .

Now maybe i,m old school but i would have thought these yoots would recieve some training pre starting the job but i could be wrong ..

PS feel free to go off topic in this thread as i,m not a control freak.

I don't see anything wrong with either of the responses.

In the first, the person is applying her training to not accept liability.

The second is the result of training about multiculturalism.

You need to modernise Flyer!

There was a local bakers shop, my father went in, queue to the door and the four women behind the counter were ignoring the customers, too busy looking at pics of a new grandchild. Several of the customers commented on the service, all the women behind the counter did was give a dirty look and went back to looking at the pics. Just about everybody in the shop walked out, including my father who never went back. I presume he was not alone in that as the bakery ended up going bust.
