It was collected by UPS today.strangely the day after ebay refunded me. !!

I thought it would be interesting to have a look at the feedback you left the seller given that in a little over one week you have received a refund.

I think it is accurate from what he said actually. The shop was only going to refund once UPS had refunded them, UPS didn't collect the item until the day after Ebay had issued a refund, not the seller.

Going back and deleting 'thanks' on other posts just seems a little petty...

Actually the refund was issued on the 27th .item was paid for on the 12 so refund issued by ebay 15 days after we paid for it. And seller DID lie about return .we kept getting fobbed off and getting told it would be collected.and no collection had been organised by seller.which was why I said it was very strange that it was collected the day after ebay refunded.so to us it looked like they only organised a collection.once ebay had refunded us.Obviously our feedback is accurate and true.given the customer service from them. We,'re not going to leave positive feedback.if seller had refunded us or had organised the collection of the towbar.prior to ebay refunding us then they would of been left neutral feedback.if they had been helpful from the beginning then positive feedback would of been left.that's how feedback WORKS.
