Oh you lucky person.

Instead of your good luck, I've got a problem with my Abbey National online bank account that I need to resolve. It must be serious as I've had ten emails about it in the last few hours. It's obviously a big problem, because there are another fifteen people called Duncan who received the email at the same time. Better click the link and log on.

I'm disappointed - they didn't even ask for your bank details so they can pay your "winnings" direct to your account!

But if you reply to the first one, can't they then help themselves to logging on to your machine and accessing any accounts you have anyway?
