Default Ford dieselgate!

Looks like the brown stuff is going to hit the fan for Ford over diesel emissions on half a million trucks. I wonder if they will come down hard on an American company as they did with the VAG group vehicles!

I'm going to follow this story and see if they take these Ford pick up trucks off the road and store them on sites awaiting remapping or disposal. https://jalopnik.com/lawsuit-accuses...-50-1821962910

I also read about this, I wonder how many more car makers are quickly altering the software on their vehicles, this isn't going to be limited to just two companies. As for the Americans going after one of their national institutions we will have to wait and see.

Global warming is fake news apparently so I would imagine diesel pollution is too, especially by a fine American company making America great etc etc Nothing will happen.

It's funny how Ford has just announced that it's going to manufacture 16 all new pure BEV vehicles in the wake of this diesel scandal.

Their recent EV history to date has been mainly a compliance vehicle.
