How to get the dash clock to tell date of manufacture
I read somewhere that we can get the dash to tell us the date of manufacture by which week in which year?

Have a look at the instructions and section 1.4: https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/for...ad.php?t=55585
I'm not sure whether this is the date of manufacture of the car or the cluster though.

The sticker (with springs and damper info) under the rear seat can be a good indicator, provided it is legible of course. My car came off the production line on 10-Aug-2001, the date on the sticker is 09-Aug-2001.
