No one fancy this then?
http://www.bimmernav.com/BMW_Bluetoo..._Overview.html I must admit the parrot looks a lot simpler and cheaper |

Those look brilliant Keith but they cost an arm and a leg. They look like it would take ages to figure out how to make a call though but I guess you'd get used to it.

They announced today on the news that the government are increasing the penalty for using mobile phones behind the wheel so I need a better handsfree anyway. I don't pick up the phone while I'm driving as a rule but if the handsfree doesn't work for some reason I may pick up the phone just to answer it before pulling over, and knowing my luck the police would see me. .

The Parrots good, as all you have to do to answer is hit the green button, and to call, it can all be done by voice activation, you don't have to touch the phone at all, can leave it in your pocket, case wherever

The "Parrots" do seem to be the best cost effective answer.

You don't even have to push the green button to answer Rob - it can be set to auto answer after 2 rings

True, but it's one thing I hate, auto answer so its always turned off on phone and handsfree

I received my Parrot 3200 today so I'm going to see if I can fit it tomorrow. I'm not sure if the wiring is going to be very straightforward because I've got the Highline Nav and the tuner/amp is in the boot. If I haven't got the plugs behind the dash to fit the loom supplied in the kit, I'll have to run the wires down to the boot, which will take a lot longer, so I may not get it finished tomorrow after all.
