Default Arrrgh had enough now

Just assembled drivers side suspension and jacked the car up to remove axle stand,so did that and as I lowered the car,I didn't realise the stand was under the sill behind me,so yes you can guess what happened next,I lowered the car on it and caved in my newly repaired sill

Anyone know if I can gain access to the cavity of the sill by peeling back the carpet to knock out the dent.i would weld a plate on it and pull it out,but it's full of waxoyl now and don't want it going up in flames

Mark,

Can you not get someone to spot some pulling pins on instead of drilling holes and then having to weld them up?

Tom.
