Default heard of rover klub?

last week i had an email from the rover klub telling me i was banned for inappropriate behaviour lol, now till i,d received it i,d never heard of them, had a look around found them and it appears to be a foreigen site, i emailed them back asking what is inappropriate behaviour as i,d never been on their site before also told them their spelling was a disgrace and their site looked a load of tosh anyway, anybody else heard of them?
