Does it have a full service history, and have the cam belts been done?

Built in 1977 for the MOD.
New upvc double glazing ten years ago, new loft and cavity wall insulation too.

Gas heating replaced eight years ago

New kitchen 3 years back

20X20 decking

65 foot garden onto school field.

A "C" on the EPC, not too bad for a 1970's home.

Bought by ourselves in 2003.

No belts sorry
