The nick name of Windrush has stuck with me since my service days in the RAF On coming home after spending 3 years in Egypt I boarded the troop ship Empire Windrush which caught fire and sank in the med afer demob I joined my local county reg The Royal Hampshire Regt (TA) in which I serve for nearly12 years ,and now as an old man and meet up with old pals they still greet me with hello Windrush

Mine comes from a Dungeons & Dragons link as well as it happens. Efreeti are a race of genie type creatures who can be found on the Plane of Fire.

So there you go!

Raistlin, we may be the only two Rover 75 owning D&D fans in the country!

Isn't Windrush from Lord of the Rings? (I think (but am not sure) that it is Gandalf's horse!
Could be wrong, though!

If you want your name changed Anna, Just drop Christopher a PM with old and New name and he will sort it for you.

Ken because I was named after a Scottish friend of my Dads who was killed on a motorbike two days before I was born

I am so glad it wasn't one of Mums friends who was on that bike because going through life called Pauline would have been difficult
