Default Positive battery terminal replacement?

The collar on the positive terminal has snapped so I need to replace it. So far I've been unable to source one anywhere. As per the pics, the OEM one is a twin terminal i.e. having two cables attached. Anyone sourced one, or worked out a workaround? Thanks.

RESOLVED
I found these on Amazon which look to be right for the job.

I have always replace broken ones with items from a scrap car.

Got these in the end. VERY solid and well made. Went on a treat. Good price at £9.55.
