If Crofts says "don't try to silicone below 5 decrees C" then dont. Waited like a numpty for half an hour with the doors locked but the door pulls held open with chunks of polystyrene holding the finishers in place. Removed polystyrene to watch finisher slowly slide down the door, all sorts of problems after that !!! My own fault entirely just couldn't wait.

Now how do you get top quality very expensive locktite clear silicone out of your armpit hair among other areas
Yes, I was thinking the same thing - double sided's less messy it would seem than silicone or some other goo from a tube.

I only put the 5 degree warning there as that is what is on the cartridge.
The Dow Corning silicone I used was honestly so hassle free.
I agonised over attaching the finisher for ages and in the end it genuinely took me less than 5 minutes. Just positioned it, wiped the excess off the paint and it just stayed there unaided.

I'm convinced that the problems I had with mine was down to operator numptiness rather than anything else

I guess I just know my limitations

Went to Newmarket today to collect them but let down by plater not sending last Friday as promised.
He has a delivery tomorrow to Newmarket and has promised them on that.
One good thing was the success of the Paypal link on Sunday. Had 50 payments by 5.15 Sunday afternoon so was able to place order with cheque Monday morning while there.
