I'm sorry if my opinion is not received well but I live in a world where you pay for something today and you get it within a reasonable time scale

I found Sean super quick to respond to my pms when there was money happening for him, however once I had paid it was a 3 day wait for a reply. Not how I like to do business!

Rant over

thanks for that (the "this guy" is well noted)
The Broken Promised Delivery dates were the Xmas rush time from China
You are right ....
We Promised before Xmas.
We blew it.

The whys and wherefores of costs/taxes/export controls etc. are why I’ve paid you possibly 3 times what the items cost you, to get one for myself. I’m happy with that as that’s business, what I’m not happy with is the time it has taken.
Unless I can see the item (via tracking), on route to me by the middle of May I will inform Paypal and ask that they investigate the transaction and hopefully recover my money.
You say you’re not worried about the tracking numbers, but I would like to know mine please if the one you gave me initially is incorrect.

I can Only Apologize, I Know the job is lousy but for the most part it is the Factory that makes these parts. I am doing all that I can, I would refund but unlike the head units , I Only ordered for a few guys , Paid a deposit and was told they were coming
You wont have to investigate to get a refund. They are on the way
I Understand everyone's concern, last year was January until they finally arrived with Bumpers and materials to Devilish in August. It took a Ton of Coordinating and a ton of learning to ship via Ocean Containers and forwearders and BIG Export AND IMPORT tax bills.

For potential buyers Please do not ask me anymore , after the current orders are filled I am out of the Bumper and grill business. I should have stayed with my guy feeling and stayed out of this

As for 3 times, You are probably comparing Copies to Genuine.
I Dont make 3 Times , I wish I did then dealing with all of this may be worth it.

Sean

You promised me delivery within 7 days of payment a good 6 weeks before Xmas

Bottom line is you took my money and told me what I wanted to hear.

Don't "note" it too much it's only my opinion

I was just going over our correspondence.
Actually You Ordered on 24th of November and Paid then So was actually 4 weeks before Xmas. i Did NOT promise you a delivery date., You said that you didnt want to have top wait weeks. We had an extraordinary problem at that time that I DID Explain in Emails, I also Paid your "cancellation fee" for the Audio booking. of £30 ...
Again, Sorry it wasn't to your expectations... And sorry I was not responding as quickly as you expected...

One thing , I will be here if you have any issues with it. If you bought direct from China or from SOME other suppliers, you would be long forgotten. And If there was to be a warranty issue you would be lets say "left hanging"

Default DIY grill and surround

You could make your own !
Someone is selling Premium Bumpers on Ebay for £85 including postage.
Get some stainless mesh, some Milliput resin (also on Ebay) a good. pair of pliers and an angle grinder.
I bought four strips of stainless and shaped them on a mill and bent them to fit the surround, then got a friend to weld the joins.
A square of stainless milled into the MG octagon.
A can of primer and two cans of colour and lacquer, all done.
Take a look at my picture.
All done for under £200.

May be a good idea to give some ball park figures for single orders of grille and / or bumper so as a worse case scenario people can work out their finances.

So am I right in thinking with Radioguy now pulling out, the only way to get a Premium Bumper set-up is to collect the bits as and when you can, and hope you get lucky on Ebay?
