Default Tom cats: I hate 'em

Not to put a damper on this thread . . . but . . . we have the misfortune to live next door to a cat breeder who keeps THREE tom cats in a shed/pen + an unknown number indoors. The stench in our garden within 20 ft in this hot weather - well any weather - is appalling. We're a Basset Hound family so cats are an unknown creature, but I gather they pee everywhere. Short of burning down the cat shed I can't see any solution. The Cats Protection League were no help as I gather they're not enthusiastic towards breeders "too many cats everywhere." What I don't understand is how a "cat lover" can keep such animals locked away, as some of them cry or squawk much of the day - and evening. Any ideas chaps?

Please could you start a separate thread with your enquiry. This is for photos of our furry friends in the photographic section of the forum
