Five to two diet??? Guy at work has lost nearly two and half stone in 9 months.

My doctor suggested doing something a few times a week that'll get me out of breath.

So I started smoking.

Very good, I guess that it is time for me to reveal all.....

I doubled the amount I drank throughout the day.

I also made sure I was eating three proper meals throughout the day (vindaloo's house excepted )

Making sure the first thing I did when I got up, was have a drink, and keep that up all day. Water, tea, coffee, squash, fruit juice, milkshake etc. It all seems to have made a difference.

Nothing else changed, everything else remained the same.
