Default Easy Weight Loss

Well, as a big bloke, I decided at the start of the year that I would like to lose a bit of weight.

I am also a lazy so and so.

I tried the exercise bike for the whole of January with no result (other than I hated it).

I have no interest in diet, as I would say that what I eat is neither bad nor excessive. If anything, I have as a result of what I have done, eaten more.

I am not a big fan of pills, I don't take paracetamol unless on pain of death, so they weren't an option.

So, in February alone, I have lost exactly one stone, and just over 2" around the waist.

Any guesses to how I did it? I have only changed 2 things in my lifestyle.

Not got it so far,

Not a big alcohol drinker, but prefer wine anyway.

I enjoy white bread.

I have never had sugar in tea or coffee.

I am a manual worker, so have always had sufficient exercise really.

Still enjoying carbs too!

Coolcat disclaimer....
