Default window regulator broken

Hi there, made a silly mistake today of opening the drivers side window whilst it was frozen, something has snapped as the regulator motor when all the way down and up, but the glass stood still, there was a snap/breaking noise.
Queston is, what has snapped and is it available separately? Or do I neeed to source a complete regulator?

Just to save me stripping the door trim and having to drive with it off whilst waiting parts before refitting...
