As you know, I couldn't make it. I hope no one got into trouble with the parking arrangements, as we have a couple of members who are illiterate and won't be able to work out the signs

How did the meet go? Any photos?

5cars made the meet. 3 Rover 75 Tourers, 1 MG V8 ZTT and 1 Rover 75 Saloon. New car park arrangements worked very well. Food excellent and the weather was kind. Will post some pictures once I've drunk my tea.

Sadly due to night shift it was never going to work for me today, I am sure those that attended had a pleasant day.

Hi Peter and all. even though only 5 cars turned up Bobs pictures [as usual] did them justice. gutted not being able attend. my 80th is not until next sat 29/7. Was taken out last night by the kids and was completely hoodwinked into our local tennis club with about 60 family and friends for an early celibration because son No 2 had to return H Kong before the w/end. now I have got to wait until the next meet. Peter, any ideas when next one maybe on. peter.

Hi Peter,

We had a pretty good meet at the Lido yesterday with no Car Parking or Breakfast issues. Of course I ate Nobby's share in his absence as specifically instructed by him. Thanks to all that attended. Great Photo's as usual from Bob.

I did not realise that you were that much of an Old Goat.
Would suggest 70 was nearer your perceived age.
Anyway, premature congratulations for your Four Score (plus) on 29th July.
