No, just an ordinary 55-210 zoom. It normally only focuses to about 1 metre which might be OK for butterflies at 210mm. I do put it on an extension tube which enables me to focus closer than 1 metre if I need to.

Butterflies are way bigger than bees so I don't need to get quite so close.

I love the black and white pictures, for some reason they seem to have much more character.

I agree, some pics look way better in B & W. Although I prefer some in colour, like birds.

I'm working this morning and it's grey and featureless flat light out there at the moment so no photography for me today

Hope the weather is more favourable for you today
