Default Lucky MOT pass, with no xenon self leveller

Excellent. The tourer just got a ticket for another year😄😄😄.
But the tester did point out that it should really be a fail, as their was no self level mechanism fitted for the xenon headlights.
Honest abe here told him it didn't have headlight washers either!
He said I'd get a fail by someone else testing me in the future, but he let me off this time.😰😬

I believe the xenons were retro fitted by previous owner.
The car does have the manual adjuster inside.
I'm not too bothered about the headlight washers at the moment but what bits do I need for self levelling?

(Ps, it's in Northern Ireland, as I understand the requirements for xenons are slightly different than across the pond).
Thanks as always...
