No water from the jets is usually caused by the filter on the inlet to the pump being clogged.

It's usually the filter in the bottle blocked with gunge. How to in the link below.
https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/for...d.php?t=312097 Not all our cars have heated washer jets, but the ones from aFord Focus are a direct fit, 2005 model I think, and simply need wiring in. If not already fitted the wiring will be tucked away behind the wing, pull back the plastic wheel arch liner and you should find them. Lee.

Hi Phil.
Aside from the links above, it could also be the little diaphragm under the bonnet cover, which goes to the two washer Nozzels. 1 2 The diaphragm was not working in mine so i changed it out for a Y shape connector. 3 https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/for...d.php?t=312097

When I first got my current tourer, the hose was pinched when the bonnet was closed.... the nozzles "worked" when the bonnet was open. I removed the nozzles and cleaned them anyway as the flow was poor even after freeing the hose from its pinch point.
Try the washer function with the bonnet open before anything else. good luck |

Ultrasonic cleaner Phil? Call me unsophisticated but I've always used a dressmaking pin (also good for directing the water jet).
There is a heating element in the tip of each washer jet (RAVE). They are supplied directly from the ignition switch so are on all the time. Simon

One of these may work if it turns out to be the one way valve diaphragm unit.

Thanks for all the replies guys,,, The ultra sonics cleaner failed ,,so did the pin ,,,,after spending too much time on YT I gave up and looked to Rimmers ,,,But 18quid each side put me off... However I have a splendid scrape yard not one mile from my house..(and its a good one with open access )I asked if they had any 75s ,yes two ,,,first one was a Connie tourer,,it looked ok ( I think one of the best bits on a 75 is the seats,,why o why leave really good leather seats out in the elements..rant done,,this one the nozzles where blocked too,,the last one did not look hopeful being a charity spec model..but the nozzels where the same dimensions but with out the heating element (who cares) and so got both,,I showed the guy my gems,,NO Charge,,, Result!!!!!!! again thanks for the replies,,I now look forward the testing with confidence...
