Lots of "ifs" and "buts" in the semi-literate blurb - I'm not keen on sellers who are making too many excuses for their property - if it is theirs in the first place.....

If it is straight, then it would be a brilliant buy, so why is nobody bidding on it?

He's got 1392 feedbacks as buyer & seller & he's a hundred percenter so probably not that dodgy though I can see why people are a shade suspicious
