Default Detarring and Iron deposits

What products should I be looking for to do detar and remove any iron deposits I'm new to all this full detailing business so please be gentle

I use IronX ...quite a few others are out there as well...and they and they all smell terrible .no matter what they are meant to smell like

we use AuotBrite products, Purple Rain for the iron and Tonic for the tar/glue

Interested in this; the bonnet of my Royal Blue I though was really quite chipped but it seems its very tiny spots stuck on which have absorbed was and gone white. The must be tar I think but really ancient and stuck on with ferocious force! I want remove them. Tried autoglym tar remover; no luck, tried dodo juice orange (no luck) and white sprit (no luck). I am sure they are getting smaller but they are still there like a rash.

yeap and they are resistant to my efforts. I am wondering if its something non tar based like either cement or some kind of polyurethane or cross linked polymer as it really does not want to shift. I am thinking about a 1200 grit paper on it followed by a machine polish

I too have gone for some Tardis! Hoping it will deal with the very resistant tar dots on the bonnet of my Royal Blue saloon
