If you get the chance Rod, get your leg seen to especially if it’s that painful. I would argue your still young and getting those veins sorted, prevents complications such blood clots and leg ulcers (notoriously long treatment In diabetics). When I had the bypass done 2 years ago, the varicose veins in the left leg were done at the same time. Buy one, get one free

We have been having heavy rains but making the most of them.
Yesterday was our wedding anniversary. We had a lovely day, went to the Horticultural Society meet and took Jessica out for lunch at The Java House

Have a cold one on me

G'day Phil - many congratulations from Angela and I on your wedding anniversary - please pass on our best wishes to Jessica too

As usual, your advice on medical matters (as well as many other matters!) makes a lot of sense. At the moment, I'm awaiting an appointment with the "eyelid clinic" as they are going to remove a skin tag which is interfering with the vision in my left eye. Once I've got that out of the way, I'll start the ball rolling on veins.

Not as many as you I suspect Julien - with Derek's passing you must now be one of the longest married members in the Club?

Belated happy anniversary to you and Jessica Phil.

Not having a good day, I'm used to being stiff and sore when I get up but get more mobile after a couple of hours or so (probably after the morning meds kick in!), having one of those days where I'm not shaking it off.

Hospital this week (deep joy!), appointment re this liver problem they think I have. I was supposed to get an information booklet in the post, despite phoning and leaving a message twice (can't get to speak to a human being) it hasn't appeared.

Thank you very much, most kind. Oh we are nowhere in your league Dawn and Julien. From doing the birthdays, one of the members is 88 years old, but I think we could nominate you to be chill out elder I am a young thing in comparison and you are after all the “Lord of Calm and Peace”. We have been going for 15 years. I am wondering what title I can find for RWPC .....
