Feel the vapouriser when car warmed up. It should be very hot to the touch.
If not it is not hot enough to switch to gas.

Check all the connectors are firmly pushed home on the bank of LPG injectors. If not it will switch off as it detects fault.

Is there sufficient gas in tank? Are you sure? Daft maybe but needs to be checked.

Go through the whole system from front to back and make sure all connections ( electrical) are connected firmly.


What make of kit is it? Perhaps easiest to to connect up to software and check.
I have Stag on mine and have the software to go with it.

You still havent told us whether the vaporiser is in series or parallel?
If the matrix was blocked, i suspect it is in series, which doesnt surprise me since this is how i had tp plumb mine in. In parallel i couldnt get coolant to run....

Took it a run tonight and gas came on and stayed on for half hour each way to/from hospital. Its a Prims system . so feeling very optimistic problem is now resolved. Thanks everyone for you're input.
