The only benefit of suffering from M.E. Is that when recovering from a bad episode ( first for 5 years) is that a graded exercise plan before going back to work can help some. ( for some, and during a bad bout this is the worst thing to do! Despite what some Doctors say)
So this morning before my morning walk a nice bit of exercise to clean and polish alloys. Don't look to bad.... |
