Default Advice please

I ordered a whole load of bits from Simon and unfortunately by genuine mistake Simon has sent them to my old address (was wondering were they had gone).

Had a rather lengthy and no doubt expensive call to Royal Mail and spoke to a very laid back rather unhelpful lady... which got me nowhere.

Except that according to the system my parcel has been at Heathrow since 3/11/2015? She didn't think I could claim it without the delivery card, if and when it does get delivered.

I can go back to the old sorting office.

Anyone had this before? Can I still pick it up?

Cheers

Paul

At least it was Royal Mail. My wife recently ordered something online, I can't remember the company that delievered it, but she mistyped one digit in the postcode. Notwithstanding that there was no house number corresponding to the postcode that she typed, the company emailed to say it had been delievered to a random house on the street who denied all knowledge of us, so it was returned to base with a request for us to bring proof of the (incorrect) address. They wouldn't accept a return to sender either.

They insisted that it had to be delivered to any house on the street of the incorrect postcode, rather than our house number and street. In the end we found someone at the street that we vaguely knew, agreed with them to have it delievered to their house, and then we went and collected it. Supreme jobsworthness!

Please note that Simon will be on holiday in the UK from 24 May for about 2 months, and obviously during that period he will not be able to make and send any kit from his base in Bulgaria

He will still have access to e mail and should be able to answer any enquiries during this time however

Default Seat Trim

I have noticed from the pics on here, that my front seats have different backs to them. Not indented the same as in pic. I really would like the seat rear trims on and have managed to source the badges already. I have a Mk 2 Conn s e with black leather on a 2004 54 plate. Any ideas please ?
