Just flicking through the TV channels & came across the Dambusters which reminded me that many of the tests for the bouncing bomb were carried out on the nerby fleet lagoon at chesil beach, look to your right on approaching Portland.
For more infomation about the area just Google "Exploring Portland Dorset" the meet will be held in the Castletown area. Please do your best to join us at our get together,I know we have quite a few members in the South and it would be nice if some of you could make it. I need confirmed numbers by end of March please.
