We've been asked for these a lot over the years - it's the A/C hose which likes to rub through on the power steering hose in the same area of 75 / ZT Diesel models. After getting nowhere with several suppliers, we've finally had a batch made up - they match the OE item perfectly and are £54.99 each rather than the usual £150+.
