plenum.viewing hole ??

hi there again,can anyone help me find the thread on the chap who drilled a viewing hole ,so he can check is middle plenum.i thought was a great idea .but now i want to do the same and have searched for it but cant seem to find it . i would be so gratefull regards tonk.
