Cool

Done my Desmond course about 4 years ago. Very informative, well worth going. Quite frightening when you compare what foods contain especially the sugar content.
We got a lunch as well.

As with the above, an eye-opener. I went on a couple of years ago, trying to guess the fat, saturate levels in simple foodstuffs was nigh on impossible.

Yup in 2009 when first found I was T2.

Just got home from this, what an eye opener hopefully I will stick to my proposed plan to improve my lifestyle.
All I can say if any of you guys or ladies have Type 2 Diabetes go on this it will definitely open up your eyes.
