New Lexus Lights Problem

Just fitted a set of new Lexus lights I won at the raffle at Cadbury World, the problem is I now don't have a reversing light, which I think also because they don't work is causing the reversing sounders not to work, would it be needing a T4. An add on I had a set of Lexus on there before.

I'd say you've got a problem with the reverse switch on the gearbox. The lights and the sounders are unrelated except for the switch.

Thanks for the reply, checked with the originals all okay, put the new lights on nothing, put the others back on all okay,

Are they OEM sounders or aftermarket (connected to the rear light loom?)

Oh, that is an odd problem. The new lights appear to have a circuitry issue. Are the various bulbs wired up separately or do they have a solid metal bus system like OEM lamps?

Sorry to say a little bit naive in knowing about this, these are the Lexus lights that Radioguy has shipped over.

Ahh, LED rear lights... the set I had had terrible soldering, made in a shed in China by 3 year olds... i swapped them for Lexus style ones which are chrome and lamps...
