Default What's your all time favourite book/film/album

Random question but Johnny's thread about Amazon got me thinking, so come on, what's your all time favourite?

Mine are.........

The Throwback by Tom Sharpe, I read this about 4 times a year and have done since I was 14, Tom Sharpe is the funniest Author I've ever read.

The film would have to be The Quiet Man, John Wayne and Victor Mclaglen has to be one of the best fights ever

Album has got to be Led Zeppelin and Physical Graffiti, stupendous mixture of everything type of music they played, bluesy, folk, rock, it ticks all the boxes for me

Anybody else?

I'm not at all a prolific reader but I'd say my favourite book is Who Killed Kurt Cobain, can't remember the author.

Favourite film is Pulp Fiction. I first watched it when I was about 17 and was so blown away by it I watched it again straight away.

Favourite album is a tricky one as it changes all the time. In Utero by Nirvana or erm maybe Urban Hymms by The Verve or possibly You Can't Hide Your Love Forever by Orange Juice

I preferred Executive Orders by Tom Clancy, Ronin was a good film though
A kind of magic is a great album also, good choices Jeff

Interesting choices Pete, I've never heard of Duncan the vampire skater. I'll have to look him up, dire straights though

I'll take it that you were not a fan of Jeremy Renner in the Bourne film then since it's just the first 3 you like I'll have a little search for Dio when I get home later as I've never heard them before.

I've got all of Tom Clancys 'Jack Ryan' novels and Without Remorse is brilliant as it gives you a back story to another major character within those stories.
Probably helps that I love it so much as I read the whole book whilst sitting on a Beautiful sunkissed beach in St Tropez
