Cheers Dave, the missus loved it, sadly it's long gone. I bought a shedload of different paint of auto at a jumble years ago, different colours of 2 pack stuff.

I think I changed the colour every 12 months practicing spraying when I got my compressor & sprayguns.

I made a tow bar for it & we took the caravan to classic car shows for years in that thing, happy memories.

It's definitely a Capri thing, i had a basic 1600 in the 70s,red with black vinyl top, police magnet. Also could not take it out if it was snowing, the back end would try to overtake me.

Yeah I used to do quite a bit back then, I must have sprayed a dozen or so big yanks for mates, even pink there is a colour called "Mr Whippy pink" as in the ice cream truck colour. I changed the colour of my Thunderbird & Mach 1 Mustang several times too. They must have wondered WTH at the DVLA when I kept changing the colour on the log books lol.

I think I probably regret getting rid of my 72 Camaro & 77 Mk1 Granada 3.0 Ghia Coupe the most (aswell as others).
Fortunately, I've still got my 78 Mk Granada Ghia (owned this one for around 32yrs now, converted it around 30yrs ago with a Rover V8 engine/autobox) & I've got my P5B Coupe (pic attached)

Thread revival once again and I can update this list.

I Regret scrapping Christine now I miss the laughs and trouble I got when I was with her.

At the time It was the right thing as it was just costing me more and more money, as months went by I think it might have been a bad choice too make.

Will I have a other?

You bet your sweat candy beep I will.

Sorry, only just seen this thread.....

Difficult choice for me, can I chose three?

My first car, 1937 MORRIS 8 Tourer?

Or my 1958 MORRIS 1000 Traveller?

or my 1961 Frogeye Sprite......

To turn it's on it's head, the only cars I've owned I don't miss are a MK 3 1.6 Capri (I had several more Capri's I do really miss mind you) that I never could sort the steering wobble on as I suspect it had been in a crash before I owned it, and a 1.6 Toyota Carina which is the definitely the worst handling car I've ever owned or driven.

Otherwise everything from a Renault 4 through to the 300bhp Saab 95 I would welcome back with open arms if I only had a rust removing time machine

That's a big point actually, a lot of cars I had 25-30 years ago just dissolved into rust and they were just old rusty cars at the time so the scrap man towed them away
