I understand your quest to attain a sylph like figure. Not sure sandwiches help.
Maybe cardboard tasting crispbread and low fat filling may be better.

Well this north London hound will probably make it for the breaking of the fast for 10 of the fore noonso pray enter me on the scroll those attending. I note a Reverend will be in attendance I will have to give prayers a miss as they bring me out in a rash

What time do people go home?
I'll be coming back from a gig in Swansea so could probably stop by on the way but it would be early afternoon

If you leave Swansea by 9.00 a.m. you can be at Ruislip by 12.01 p.m.
Just in time for Lunch. We tend to start drifting away by 3.00 p.m.
How about The Kings Arms on the 27th. That is a very good meet as well.

Thanks for the promo peter re Kings Arms I should remind people the clocks go toward on 26th March at 2 am by one hour so those attending accordingly adjust their clocks whether from Swansea or Ponty y Pan all welcome at the Kings Arms this sunday
